RatCo Dealer MAP & Wholesale Policy

 As of July 2006 RatCo has instituted the following “Minimum Advertised Price” Policy. All RatCo product dealers must adhere to this policy in order to keep the market fair and equitable for all.

 Minimum Advertised Price Policy-

 As a dealer for RatCo products, you agree to restrict all advertised pricing of RatCo products to the guidelines and minimum price structure listed in the RatCo Dealer Price List. This includes all print, internet, mass-email and in-store advertising.

Failure to comply with the established RatCo Minimum Advertised Price Policy will result in suspension of the RatCo Dealer Agreement.

 RatCo Wholesale Dealer Policy-

 As a dealer of RatCo products, you agree not to resell products ordered on your RatCo dealer account to unauthorized individuals or companies as a wholesaler. All authorized RatCo dealers are considered to be retail operation customers and are not authorized to sell RatCo products as a wholesaler. The wholesale purchase of RatCo products must be conducted through RatCo by authorized RatCo dealers and are only for sale to retail end customers.

Failure to comply with this wholesale policy will result in suspension of the RatCo Dealer Agreement.

Agreement to MAP & Wholesale Policy-

It is understood that by becoming a RatCo product dealer, you agree to the above policies.
