GunFighter Paintball, LLC and RatCo's parent company, Kalencom, have signed an exclusive distribution and product development agreement that will carry the famous RatCo product line into the future of paintball. GunFighter Paintball has been around since 1999 when they produced their first scenario event. Since then, GunFighter has grown to be a well-known name in the southern U.S., with a scenario company and retail paintball proshop located in Mandeville, Louisiana.

Kicker Kalozdi, the founder of RatCo and GunFighter's Woody Lovill & Jes Sharai have been long time friends and shared many scenario adventures together. Kicker's first scenario adventure was at a GunFighter production in 2000, which started a long time friendship that has turned into a growing business. In 2004, Kicker went off to college and had concerns about his beloved RatCo. That's where GunFighter came into the picture and after a short negotiation an agreement was reached for GunFighter Paintball to become the exclusive distributors of RatCo products and be involved in future product development. Now Kicker can concentrate on his studies and return to RatCo when he is finished college.

GunFighter Paintball has also grown since their first encounter with Kicker from a small scenario production company to one of the largest paintball proshops in southern Louisiana. With the success of the scenario company and their proshop, RatCo will be in good hands and continue to receive the attention that such great paintball products as these deserve.

Since taking over the distribution and product development of RatCo, GunFighter has brought out the new Camo Rat's Pak and extended the dealer base of RatCo products. GunFighter has changed the way RatCo operates and no longer sells directly to the public but now refers interested players to the network of RatCo dealers and retailers across the U.S.. GunFighter is also in the process of establishing a MAP on all RatCo products to help small paintball proshops compete in the growing paintball market.
